Our go-to Chinese takeout place in Evergreen! It always hits the spot; we usually get the Szechuan beef and chicken with broccoli! Make sure you say hello to Dragon, the carp in the tank by the register.

Food is great / priced well. Having alcohol - always a win. Amy is wonderful. Service is quick. Ambiance is calming. Fish in tank is very large.
We stopped by for the first time in at least 5 years. When we lived in Evergreen this was our go to place not only for Chinese food but food in general. I have to say that the food tasted exactly as I remembered it and that was a great thing! And Amy is still there and was nice as could be! Highly recommend Coal Mine Dragon if you are in the area!
